Tracy Ly has over 12 years of experience with customer service and beauty having worked within the Nail & Spa industry. In the last year, Tracy has shifted her focus to be mainly on eyebrow cosmetics, specifically around henna, brow dip, brow lamination and cosmetic tattoo due to her growing passion for brows.
After graduating with a bachelor of business administration at Mount Royal University, Tracy completed further training with Robin Yu Cosmetic Tattoo and Hoi Tattoo as a student under Robin Yu and Helen Hoi for nano eyebrows. She is dedicated to keeping up to date with the latest beauty technologies, design and trends. Tracy is excited to help her clients feel confident and beautiful through her work with brows.
